Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping

  • Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days.
  • Cost: Calculated based on your shipping address through our partner, Pirateship.
  • Free on orders over $100.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
  • Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • You can track your order using the provided tracking number through our shipping partner’s website, Pirateship.

International Shipping

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Please stay tuned as we work to expand our services in the future.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@genesisharmony.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your items as soon as possible.

Order Changes or Cancellations

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed, we may not be able to accommodate changes or cancellations.
